Classic Private Equity owned Vet. Sometimes you will get great service, but the staff turnover is so huge each visit can vary widely. After 5 years over roller coaster service we gave up and switched Vets after the staff's "procedural mistakes" led to my dog needing 4 separate blood draws in 2 weeks just to perform a simple heartworm test.
