My fur babies and I were very comfortable with the staff. They are all so caring and kind. My pup, Frankie was diagnosed (correctly) and treated quickly. My kitty, BB had a great check up. Woodlawn Vet is reasonably priced. I highly recommend Dr. B and his staff!

I brought my Jack Russell in on Saturday for a large hematoma. The vet told me to 'just watch it' and prescribed Rimadyl. The hematoma burst over the weekend, so I followed up on Tuesday. Despite this being a direct complication of the visit three days prior, I was charged a second full exam fee. Even worse, the owner/vet dismissed my explanation of the hematoma and claimed my dog just 'snagged his side.' Very disappointed in the lack of communication between staff and the predatory billing for a follow-up. I will not be returning.

Giving two stars because the vet assistant was very calm and friendly but otherwise a horrible experience. It was my first visit to a vet with my dog. I've since gone to another vet and feel that my pup is in better hands elsewhere. The filing system seems to be outdated and disorganized. I had to call multiple times to verify I actually had an appointment and then received a jumbled file of illegible handwritten documents when I asked for his records. For the price it seems like some corners are being cut. If you're going to pay premium prices, I'd suggest finding somewhere more professional.

I love this Vet Hospital. Dr. Benson is amazing. He is attentive and not pushy on services. I will recommends everyone I know here :) Thank you Dr. Benson for always taking care of our fur babies !!
